Mission Statement
To provide parenting support and child guidance utilizing ABA principles in a way that is aligned with our values of kindness, compassion, and respect to help families overcome challenges and thrive.
-
Parent training is a service that aims to support, guide and coach parents to navigate parenting challenges and apply interventions that are effective in improving the quality of life for children, parents, and families.
-
It is the scientific study of human behavior. By identifying and understanding factors in the environment that affect human behavior, we are able to systematically apply evidenced based interventions to improve socially significant behavior, analyze it’s effects and create meaningful change.
-
Whether a child is neurotypical in development, or perhaps is neurodivergent and has a special need, every child and parent can benefit from individualized parent training and support. I am here to answer questions and help you navigate parenting challenges and develop the relationships you want in your home.
-
Services are provided with parent input and participation, and can be provided in person or via Telehealth. Sessions are conducted with compassion and care.
-
Services can be provided in the home, school, and community setting. The service area for the direct services is in the North Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
My Approach
My approach to parent training is positive parenting with ABA. I utilize the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis in my practice to create meaningful change. The interventions are always evidenced based and supported by research. Whether I am consulting with a parent, providing hands on support with a child, or collaborating with other providers, my goal is to approach each situation with compassion, understanding and respect, and actively work together as a team to create a positive impact.
